Purpose of the contract
The present general conditions constitute the entirety of the rights and obligations of the parties within the framework of their contractual relations.

The service contract will only be considered definitively concluded after Kalyko Design SAGL has sent the client confirmation of its acceptance of the order by e-mail and after the full price has been paid.
Delivery time
We are committed to providing the services ordered within the time period indicated when finalizing your order from your customer area or your services subscribed according to the contract signed between the customer and Kalyko Design SAGL.
Price
The prices of the services are indicated in Swiss francs, net amounts, including VAT and guaranteed or in the currency of the country of the client who signs the sales contract with Kalyko Design SAGL.
The prices take into account any discounts that may be granted by Kalyko Design SAGL under the conditions specified on the site.
These prices are firm and non-revisable during their validity period, as indicated on the site. Outside of this period of validity, Kalyko Design SAGL reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Terms of payment
The price is payable in full on the day of the order, by secure payment in one of the two following ways: by Visa, Master or by bank transfer.
An invoice will be issued for each order placed.
